February 26, 2005 - 9:47 a.m. So I recognize that it has been a long time, but I've been happy. Happiness does not invoke the Muse; happiness provides no inspiration, no need for catharsis. I'm home for the weekend, for the first time in, what, six weeks or so. This time is different. I actually wanted to come home; I'm here not because of any event or because they closed school, but because it just seemed time to come home and have family time. The others are in good hands, so I am free to enjoy myself. Otherwise, I really can't complain. Things have happened, like Valentine's Day and the 97 I got on my first Organic test and plans to go to Los Alamos for spring break, but it's never worth stopping to write it all down. ...before & after...
