February 05, 2006 - 3:49 p.m. I think I'll take up racquetball as my new sport. I guess knitting is my old sport. Anyway, Spencer taught me how to play last weekend, and I must say that I did pretty well, for me. I'm not much of an athlete, but it's fun with him because we aren't so worried about who wins or loses but about good strategy and long volleys. We play more together and less against each other. I have learned about so many things from him: how to drive a standard, how to shoot skeet, etc. I sincerely wish that I knew about more things in order to return the favor. Am I hopeless if I what I really want for Valentine's Day is to go play again? ...before & after...
